Not sure what i did wrong yesterday.
The scale didn't move. Still the same weight.
I'm not losing hope. I'll still continue.
My menu for today:
breakfast:
1 orange
water
Lunch:
cabbage with chili beef
1 orange
dinner
Cucumber and eggs.
Been fighting hunger pains since yesterday. I was on the verge of cheating last night to a Spam sandwich at SM Manila while waiting. (we watched Life of Pi)
Hope to see the scale move tomorrow.
