I've been on plateau this past few days. It sucks to be hungry and not losing a single pound for how many days, 4? 5?
I stepped on the scale this morning, and i weighed 154lbs. really?
I need to make sure it is correct since yesterday i was at 156lbs.
Menu for today:
Breakfast:
Tea
Water
Lunch
Scrambled Egg ( 1egg plus 3 egg whites) with tomato
Dinner
Cabbage and beef. again
Lame foods.
I missed eating rice, chocolates, pork.
Still constipated. Haven't pooped for the last 6days! I'll be drinking a laxative tea later at night it's my rest day tomorrow. Hoping it could break the stall.
I think i'm gonna passed out.
