Phase 1 Day of HCG Diet: Loading for Lunch

I'm really not hungry. I swear.

I managed to eat 1 dozen of quail eggs even if i'm not sure if this is fatty enough for my loading phase. Plus 10 pieces of squid/chicken balls i bought outside.




I want to throw up all food i digested today. I am sooo full but i still need to load more.
