HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 5

So i woke up, and the scaled moved to 158. yey! :)

Beginning weight: 160lbs
Phase 1 Day 1: 163 ( gained 3 lbs)
Phase 1 Day 2: 164 (gained 1 lb)
Phase 2 Day 1: 161 (lost 3lbs)
Phase 2 Day 2: 160( lost 1lb)
Phase 2 Day 3: 159( lost 1lb)
Phase 2 Day 4: 159 (lost 0lb)
Phase 2 Day 5:158 (lost 1lb)

Good thing it is moving!!

Here's my menu for today:

Breakfast:
1 cup of tea
1 orange

Lunch
Cabbage soup and 100g of boneless chicken breast
1 apple

Dinner
Shrimp with tomatoes

Lots of water, 2 liters.

Confession:

I smoke. Yes, i'm not sure if this qualifies to cheating, but i read an article that smokers can still smoke while on HCG diet. And i guess, it doesn't affect me since i am still losing a  pound per day.

Oh well, looking forward for tomorrow! :)


Easy to cook meal.

Boil shrimps and tomatoes. Add garlic and chili powder. Add braggs amino liquid to taste.
