HCG Diet Phase 2 recipe : Cabbage Soup

Alrighty, here's my very own cabbage soup recipe!

1 cup of cabbage
100g of beef
2tsp braggs liquid amino
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of chili powder

Mic everthing. Like everything and put some wAter. Simmer for 5 minutes..

That's it.

I ate this with 2 pcs of soyami styx!!

So full for lunch!! :)
