HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 15: Quitting HCG Diet before Phase 2 ends

hello guys.

Update:

been stalling for 4 days now. Not sure what i did. After my "Apple Day" i didn't lose any pound. I drank atleast 2 liters of water. Sometimes i am wondering, i've been hungry for how many days yet i didn't lose any pound at all.

Day 15.

I am officially quitting HCG Diet. Not because i want to, but because i'm not sure if i can do it any longer.
I am not hesitant. My gums were sore. Im having neck and back pains. Not sure if this is because of HCG but i don't want my health to be compromised.

Realization:

1. I lost total of 15lbs for 15 days with 8 days of stall.
2. HCG works. Really.
3. One should be prepared. Mentally and emotionally.
4. This is an expensive diet for me. lol
5.Never ever even think of cheating.
6. There's no other way to lose and keep a healthy weight but to eat healthy and do some exercises. No bounce back. No yo-yo.
7. I guess, this diet is not for me. I miss dancing in zumba and hip hop classes.

Starting today. I am no longer taking the drops.

Will udpate if i gained all the lost pounds back! :)

If ever i will try hcg diet again, i still have my drops.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 12

Yes, i cheated yesterday.
I haven't eaten anything since morning of yesterday.

Now I have to suffer the consequences of my actions, no regrets.

Today is an Apple Day.

According to articles i found in google, if you cheated on HCG diet, you must eat 6 apples the next day and drink atleast 2 Liters of water.


Let's see if this is effective. Will check my weight tomorrow.

Alright so today, i have no choice. Really. I know i shouldn't but i need to. I had a fun run to attend. That's sponsored by Cafe France. I joined the 10k race.

Yes, i cheated to a cup of rice, an egg and a burger steak at Jollibee. Seriously, i know how to handle temptations but i really want to join the fun run.

The fun run was a success. :)

After that, i cheated again to a half cup of rice and a pares. (beef)

I was really hungry after the race. I know the consequences.

Yes, from 164lbs-150lbs. 14lbs lost in 11 days! :)

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 10

I so love this day.

Last night i drank Biofit to ease constipation.
I have pooped for 7 days.

Beginning weight: 160lbs
Phase 1 Day 2: 164 (gained 1 lb)
Phase 1 Day 10- 152lbs!

I lost 12 pounds in 10days of HCG diet. I haven't cheated.

But i'm kinda worried, i had an interview earlier and of course i need to wear make up.

I used Maybelline Clear Smooth extra shine free poweder foundation, Maybelline Clear Smooth shine free blush, and Maybelline Mascara.

I'm hoping i won't stall again. I stalled for 4 days and i'm really worried that HCG wasn't working for me..

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 9 : Plateau on HCG

I've been on plateau this past few days. It sucks to be hungry and not losing a single pound for how many days, 4? 5?

I stepped on the scale this morning, and i weighed 154lbs. really?
I need to make sure it is correct since yesterday i was at 156lbs.

Menu for today:

Breakfast:
Tea
Water

Lunch
Scrambled Egg ( 1egg plus 3 egg whites) with tomato

Dinner
Cabbage and beef. again

Lame foods.

I missed eating rice, chocolates, pork.


Still constipated. Haven't pooped for the last 6days! I'll be drinking a laxative tea later at night it's my rest day tomorrow. Hoping it could break the stall.

I think i'm gonna passed out.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 8

And i am officially on plateau.

What have i done wrong. I'm still on the same 156lbs for 2 days already.
Is it because i always eat cabbage and tomatoes everyday?
Or is it because i no longer eat soyami styx?
Or is it because i am constipated?


I had cabbage and beef lunch. For dinner its shrimp with tomatoes.

This is so frustrating.

I'll be drinking laxative tea on friday. I'ts my rest day.

Gosh. No quitting!

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 7

Not sure what i did wrong yesterday.

The scale didn't move. Still the same weight.
I'm not losing hope. I'll still continue.

My menu for today:

breakfast:
1 orange
water

Lunch:
cabbage with chili beef
 1 orange

dinner
Cucumber and eggs.


Been fighting hunger pains since yesterday. I was on the verge of cheating last night to a Spam sandwich at SM Manila while waiting. (we watched Life of Pi)

Hope to see the scale move tomorrow.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 6

Stepped on the scale. I weighed 70kg's. Around 156+. I'm using a mechanical scale and it's hard to know the exact weight. I'm buying a digital scale on friday.

I already prepared my food last night.

My menu for today:

Breakfast:
1 orange
1 cup of tea

Lunch
Cabbage soup with tilapia fillet
1 orange (snack)

Dinner
Chili round beef with tomatoes.

I so love my garlic and chili powder.




 

I think i'm constipated. I haven't poop for around 3 days. This is the 3rd day. I think i need a laxative tea.

So i woke up, and the scaled moved to 158. yey! :)

Beginning weight: 160lbs
Phase 1 Day 1: 163 ( gained 3 lbs)
Phase 1 Day 2: 164 (gained 1 lb)
Phase 2 Day 1: 161 (lost 3lbs)
Phase 2 Day 2: 160( lost 1lb)
Phase 2 Day 3: 159( lost 1lb)
Phase 2 Day 4: 159 (lost 0lb)
Phase 2 Day 5:158 (lost 1lb)

Good thing it is moving!!

Here's my menu for today:

Breakfast:
1 cup of tea
1 orange

Lunch
Cabbage soup and 100g of boneless chicken breast
1 apple

Dinner
Shrimp with tomatoes

Lots of water, 2 liters.

Confession:

I smoke. Yes, i'm not sure if this qualifies to cheating, but i read an article that smokers can still smoke while on HCG diet. And i guess, it doesn't affect me since i am still losing a  pound per day.

Oh well, looking forward for tomorrow! :)


Easy to cook meal.

Boil shrimps and tomatoes. Add garlic and chili powder. Add braggs amino liquid to taste.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 4

Stepped in to the scale, not sure if it moved since i am only using a mechanical scale. I'll buy one soon as i get my salary.

Same. 159. Not sure what i did wrong yesterday. Never cheated. Plus i'm getting allergies. Not sure what caused it.

Breakfast, i ate one apple and water.
Lunch, i ate cabbage with tilapia fillet soup.

Alright, this is an achievement for me.

I went to a jolly kiddie party (just came home.lol) food was jolly chicken spaghetti, yum burger, coke and sundae. I was on the verge of cheating but i thought of all my sacrifices for the past 3 days. Hell no!!! Instead, i ate my cucumbers and shrimp with apple cider vinegar.

After party, yes. Beer. Beer. Beer. I'm a drinker. I don't say no to beer but today, i did. I wa about to cheat. I pour some red horse beer on my glass but, instead i drank a lot of water while they toast for the day!

I cooked their "pulutan" fries and ham. Yes, i didn't tasted it. I am so happy.

Im hoping the scale will move tomorrow.

How to prevent cheating while on HCG Diet

Everyone here at home knows i'm on strict diet.

So what they did was they cooked pork steak with lots of onions. Yes, my favorite.

Crap. I smelled it. So delicious.

All i can think of was the pork and it's fat even if i'm not hungry.

I can't cheat. And yes, i didn't.

Soon. I can eat pork steak. Lol


HCG Diet Phase 2 recipe : Cabbage Soup

Alrighty, here's my very own cabbage soup recipe!

1 cup of cabbage
100g of beef
2tsp braggs liquid amino
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of chili powder

Mic everthing. Like everything and put some wAter. Simmer for 5 minutes..

That's it.

I ate this with 2 pcs of soyami styx!!

So full for lunch!! :)



HCG Diet: i just bought a mini grill

Aha! I went to robinsons department store to scout the cheapest grill i can find!

True that i saw this mini grill with 2 small non stick pans! I love it! There's another one, its a stone grill with 4 small non stick pans included.

I know i need this, atleast i can feel that i'm eating at yakimix.

By the way, it's electric!



HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 3

Was excited to step into the scale. Yes, for the first time after 6 years, i saw the scale moved to 159.

I woke up earlier than usual, it's my rest day from work. I went to the market and bought food for the entire week.

I bought:
1/4 shrimp - 80php
1/2 beef - 102php
1kl tilapia - 90php
1 cabbage - 20php
Tomatoes - 10php

I really want to buy tabasco but i am not sure if it's allowed in phase 2.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 3

So i just arrived home! Hit the gym, had 15 minutes of threadmill, 10 minutes of elliptical and 5 minutes of stationary bike.
I also had 30 reps of sit ups. ( im hoping to get abs too just so you guys know) hahah.

And hunger pains were manageable today. Never really felt that hunger though i'd still like to remember the taste of jollibee chicken joy! Lol

I stepped on the scale and i am still 161 lbs. i'm really excited to wake up tomorrow and see my weight go down to 159lbs. Never seen my weight go down to 150++ harhar!!

I guess that's all for today. Never cheated!! I'm trying to learn the word "discipline".

Thanks to blogger app i can still blog while lying down in my bed.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 2

Last night, i dreamed of eating spaghetti and barbeque.

I had hunger pains around 9:00am but i managed to overcome it. And now I am hungreee again.

I've been busy all day long and i kept on drinking water and tea (eek)

Here's my food today.

1 tea
1 apple
1 cup lettuce
100g chicken adobo
4 soyami styx
1 handful of strawberries
1 cup cucumber
eggs (again)

I really have no choice. I don't have anything to eat for dinner. Egg is the best and easiest i can find around the office.

Not sure if that's good, like eating eggs for 2 straight days, not sure if it can stall the weight, but hopefully not.





I am hungry now. I'll be eating dinner earlier than usual. I'm hitting the gym again/. :)

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 2 : How to cook chicken adobo

Last night, i cooked my own boneless chicken adobo.

You need:

100g of boneless chicken breast
1.5 cup of bragg's amino liquid (soy sauce)
1/4 apple cider vinegar
Chili powder
garlic powder

Marinate all ingredients for 10 minutes then put in the pan add water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

My goodness, i thought braggs soy sauce were tasteless so i put a lot of soy sauce. That's a no no. Really salty i need to put a lot of water.

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 2

I stepped on the scale last night  and woahhh!!! Did i just lost 3 pounds?
I swear! I lost 3 pounds.

Beggining weight: 160lbs
Phase 1 Day 1: 163 ( gained 3 lbs)
Phase 1 Day 2: 164 (gained 1 lb)
Phase 2 Day 1: 161 (lost 3lbs)

Soon as i woke up ( like 3 hours earlier) i stepped on the scale. I think it moved to 160lbs but i'll take the 161lbs.
Must be the water weight but hey, a boost of confidence is what i need plus a miracle.

I know i can do this! 


HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 1 (part 2)

I was hungry the entire day yesterday. Even if i drank a lot of water. I am still hungreee plus the hassle of going back and forth in the comfort room to pee. Hahaha..

What i ate during lunch yesterday:

A cup of Lettuce and 100g of boneless chicken breast boiled with some chili powder and garlic powder.



Then for snacks, i also ate another apple and 4pcs of soyami styx.


For dinner, i ate 1 cup of cucumber and 4pcs of eggs.
They said that if you eat one egg with the yolk, you need to add 3 pcs of egg whites.


I also went to the gym and has 15minutes of threadmill and 15 minutes of stationary bike.
After that i went to Healthy options and bought an Apple Cider Vinegar ( Php200+) and Bragg's Amino Liquid (Php200).


To summarize:

For phase 2:

Tea
Apple
Soyami Styx 2pc
Lettuce and boiled chicken
Soyami Styx 2pc
Apple
Cucumbers and egg 1x4
2lt of water

HCG Diet Phase 2 Day 1

I stepped on to the scale soon as i wake up and i still weighed 164lbs.

Beggining weight: 160lbs
Phase 1 Day 1: 163 ( gained 3 lbs)
Phase 1 Day 2: 164 (gained 1 lb)

I'm starting my Phase 2 of HCG diet today.

After taking 10 drops of HCG and waited 15 minutes, i drank a cup of Lipton Yellow Label Tea.
I'm not a tea or coffee drinker but i know that i need this! My goodness.


I already prepared 2 liters of water. ( on a daily basis, i can only drink around 2 glasses a day)


And an apple for snack!

Phase 1 Day 2: Loading day l Lunch and Dinner

I forgot to blog last night, was busy gorging! hahaa.

So for snacks yesterday, i ate 2 pcs of donuts plus one chocolate milk.


I already ate the other piece. lol

For lunch i went to KFC and bought a KFC Fully loaded plus a Cookies and Cream Krusher!


For dinner, i went to Robinsons Ermita to buy some grocery for my diet then i ate at Kim n' Chi!


What a feast!!!
So for loading day 2 here's a breakdown of what i ate.

1 cup rice
1 pc fish
1/2 togue
2 pcs donut
1 chocolait
1 slice cake
1 cup rice
1 pc crab (may gata)
1 rice
1 chicken
1 mash potato
1 soup
1 cookies and cream krusher
1 beef stew
1 rice
1 portion Small dilis
1 egg with crabstick
1 portion of bulgogi and beans sprout!

I guess that was enough. I am so stuffed and i feel bloated.

Before i sleep, i weighed 164 pounds total.!

Phase 1 Day 2: Loading day 2

Weighed myself earlier, still the same freakin' 163 pounds!

Took a bath and weighed again, still the same.

How come i can add up 3 pounds within a day and lose nothing for like 6 years?

Anyway, took my HCG drops and after 15 minutes, went outside to get something to eat. I always remind myself this is loading day 2.

So for breakfast i ate:

1 cup fried rice
1 pc fish (not sure what this fish is)
1/2 cup of bean sprouts.





Too fatty?? i guess not.

I'll try to eat more today and gain atleast 2 more pounds.

Phase 1 Day 1 of HCG diet: Loading dinner

I'm screwed. Big time!!!

Here's what i ate for dinner:

Crispy Pata
Caldereta
Tinomok
2 cups of rice
2 bottles of red horse beer.

I am so fat.

I weighed a few minutes ago and i am 3 pounds fatter than yesterday. Yes! I immediately gained 3 freakin pounds kust by eating today.

Feels like im about to throw up.

I had some crispy pata take out, i can munch it for breakfast tomorrow. OMG. I'm not sure i still can put any food inside my mouth.

Phase 1 Day of HCG Diet: Loading for Lunch

I'm really not hungry. I swear.

I managed to eat 1 dozen of quail eggs even if i'm not sure if this is fatty enough for my loading phase. Plus 10 pieces of squid/chicken balls i bought outside.




I want to throw up all food i digested today. I am sooo full but i still need to load more.

My HCG diet Calendar

So i just found out that the HCG drop i purchased was made for 40 days. I thought i was gonna do this diet for 23 days only. But, hmm. think i can do it.

So i made this calendar just to make sure i'm doing this right.


I haven't took Lunch yet. I'm not hungry at all. I've been drinking iced tea since morning. I think i'm gonna poop. lol

Phase 1 Day 1 of HCG diet : Loading Day

Okay, last night i've been google-ing all articles i can about HCG diet that i suddenly fell asleep lol.

So i wake up and weighed myself. Cool still the same.

160 lbs! My goodness!

Phase 1 Day 1 of HCD Diet: Loading Day 1

I'm still unsure what to do, can i brush my teeth before taking HCG drops?

Oh no. I need to get to work or i'll be late so i decided i'll  just take it soon as i arrived in the office.

I make sure i didn't put anything in my mouth before taking the drops.

I put 10 drops on the spoon, put it under my tounge, count 1-60 then i swallowed it. Tasted like water of some sort.

Then i smoke. Should i smoke? Not sure but i read one article and it says that smoking doesn't affect the diet.

Alright, i have no choice for food so i went for a search outside.

They say i can eat whatever i want but i'm really not hungry.

So i went to the Jolijeep. It's a small food store outside the office.

I ordered :

1 and 1/2 cup of rice
1/2 serving of Igado (pork with liver and i dont know whatelse to say)
1/2 pork sinigang
1 pc maling
1 cup of ice tea ( i made this)



 
I don't know if i can still eat by lunch. i'm full !!!!

It says Homeophatic Oral HCG weight loss formula.


Intermountain HCG Drops. Cool.


It has this 3x, 6x, 12x, 30x.
They said it should have this ingredient.

My HCG diet after plans

I'm not losing hope.

I received my HCG drops yesterday. Now, what am i gonna do with this?

HCG drops are taken three times a day as part of the diet. Do not eat or drink anything else within 15-20 minutes before or after taking the drops to give the homeopathic drops time to work.

Yeah right. I'll keep that in mind.

HCG Dosage: Three times daily, 10 drops.

I'll keep that in mind too!

Info:

Current weight: 160 lbs

Soon as i reach 150: I'll buy a pair of shoes
Soon as i reach 140: I'll buy a new bag.
Soon as i reach 130: I'll buy a 3 new tops/shirts.
Soon as i reach 120: I'll buy a new pair of jeans
Soon as i reach 110: I'll buy a cute dress.

They said that one shouldn't do any exercises.

But i'm paying for Fitness First!!! I can't just leave that. I'll make sure to do some brisk walking on the threadmill and i'll do the elliptical too. Plus the sauna. And maybe some zumba and hiphop too.

I know i can do this!!






Phases of HCG Diet

For more information, in case someone wants to do this very same diet, here are the Phases of HCG Diet i got from the website posted below. I just want to make sure that I also have a clear understanding of this diet.

Phase 1

Phase 1 is often the most overlooked phase of the HCG diet plan, but probably the most important. Phase 1 involves high caloric and high fat intake for 2-3 days while taking HCG. This is the beginning of all HCG regimens, whether or not you’ve done one previously. This is absolutely critical to success, as the body will attempt to deposit new fat cells and lipids, but the HCG hormone will begin to stop it from doing so. Rather than storing new fat, the body will loosen and mobilize fat and lipids. Once you start the diet plan itself, these newly mobilized lipids and fats result in extremely rapid weight loss. (10 lbs in 2-3 days being very common). During this phase however, it’s critical to keep taking HCG supplements (HCG drops) or injections, and from that day forward you cannot halt your intake of HCG until the regimen is completed.


Phase 2

Phase 2 is often the most challenging for dieters. It requires strict caloric intake between 500-700 calories/day, though this is actually quite a bit of physical food if done correctly. Generally speaking, lean protein is fine, fish and chicken in particular. Meals are made up of coffee and tea for breakfast and then two major meals for lunch and dinner. The HCG diet entails upwards of 60 days of low calorie intake and HCG intake. Both of these things combined help you to lose upwards of 50 lbs in a single treatment schedule, which is simply amazing. This is necessary for your body to keep shedding weight and not simply adapt to the HCG intake, either from HCG drops or otherwise. Maintenance is another term often used for Phase 3, but it really doesn’t matter what it is called, Phase 3 is probably the most critical phase for people who are interested in losing over 30 lbs, since multiple HCG regimens are necessary. There are specific phase 3 foods that go well with it, but just avoid dairy and high fat foods and you will do well in this phase and be ready to start again. Some people actually continue to lose weight during Phase 3! Not surprisingly they come back into their HCG diet plan after 23 days even happier than when they left!

  So i decided to start this blog to keep track of my progress. I've been preparing for this diet for almost 3 months already. I've been doing a lot of research for do's and don'ts when it comes to HCG diet.

They say that when the HCG program is properly followed, the result is rapid loss and improved body shape, and that's what i want.

It is also a must to follow the entire HCG diet protocol. Also this VLCD (Very LOW Caloried DIET) must come from a combination of specifically allowed foods.

This diet is freaking me out. Please bear with me. You may see some images that will make your mouth twitch with ewww.

Just a brief background, the last time i've been 110 pounds was way back 2007. After that, i completely lost track of my weight up to date, i am already 160 freakin' pounds! Yes, i said it right, 160 pounds to be exact.


It's tough to be fat. I can't wear those cute dresses every slim girl wears. Those fancy shirts and tank tops. Those 2 piece bikini's i've been dreading to wear. It's sad and depressing, but i always tell myself, hey, i can still wear those..

I promise myself, soon as i get my desired weight, which is atleast 110-120 pounds, i'll throw all clothes and jeans that i have and buy a whole new set of wardrobe!
